Spot Details

Gilford is a great Snowkiting Location

N-NE-E-SE winds.

Be aware of the NO Parking signs. When the ice is safer to drive your vehicle onto the ice, you can enter from either Shore Acres Drive or Gilford Road.

There are many Ice Fishing huts who are usually there once the ice becomes thick enough to walk on. When in doubt don't go out. Ice can be unpredictable anywhere.

Snowkiters should check the ice for themselves.
