Surrounded by old fence but access from Banting Ave. Winds - any WEST. about 300-400m run;
Edit: I've never seen cops around here - kited several times - spring/summer on mountain board and winter on snowboard (with 5-10 others). Lot's a room considering you're in the city. No goal posts or obstacles.
