Spot Details

The sandy beach is 600m long and up to 30m wide. Good space for kite launching and landing. Hard to use during summer bathing season (July). Two areas are available: Rullsand close to the mouth of Dalaevlen and the more lagoon like Braemsand directly to the east. Both areas, especially Braemsand can be crowded with bathers during nice warm day from end of June to beginning of August. This place can be used in most wind direction but when the wind comes from east you have to be aware of the exit of the dalaelven where it´s more current and stones.
